I had the privilege of meeting Dan Pink, author of the New York Times bestseller “Drive,” several years ago. We talked about PSCS, which he then mentioned in “Drive,” a book that explains human motivation. On page 143, Pink demonstrates that striving for extrinsic rewards does not bring lasting happiness. –Andy Smallman
